The evolution of multicellular life

IDReC PI Professor Paul Rainey has recently published a paper in Nature that reports on the evolution of single cells to multicellular life forms.
The work is a result of collaborations with researchers at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology in Germany and the Department of Biology and BEACON Center for the Study of Evolution in Action, USA.
